as a Pro user for 2 years, I have to say, thank you for finally support Chinese (i mean with much more characters than before) , but I have to say your Chinese fonts are very ugly, is it possible that you can change some beautiful ones for next updates? I will love the app much more.... 苹果丽黑-Hiragino Sans GB is the most beautiful one i think...would you pls take a look for reference..

id: 1200 the reason is: ErrorEvent error Failed to load prezi from template xml.
There are some topics concerning same problem. I had same problem on my Mac. I tried updating flash, Air and checking my security software. But nothing was changed. I finally solve this problem by deleting .plist and related files and folders in
/user/username/library/preferences/
and restarting.
I was a user of PreziDesktop3. I may think some old files make a problem.

Why allow it if it can't handle it?
I've been using Prezi for a couple of years and am constantly miffed over the app allowing the placement and zoom-in on certain things, only to find that we can no longer edit them later...the dreaded error messages ultimately telling us we did something wrong. What really is wrong is that you do not yet have a fix for this major issue. You've gone too long letting us go to far!!! Please put your programmers on what's most important, instead of, for example, the creation of a new panel at the bottom of the page focused on frames and text when those haven't even been issues. I can't think of anything more debilitating with Prezi than the inability to control the image zoom/size restrictions in advance of when they become a problem. We're major users of Prezi, but I can't bill clients for all the errors and issues that result from technical difficulties that your app constantly generates. Come on, this has been happening for years!

Since yesterday all of the images from my presentation dont appear.
As soon as I go to online edit section I get a messagem saying :
"Something went wrong. Your image or video could not be loaded."
I have checked all my configuration already... Everything used to work perfectly, but not I have this problem.

Restore previous version of prezi
Hi,
I was working on my prezzi this morning and it froze and a large amount of text that I had been working on has completely disappeared. I have been writing this section for the past two nights. Is it possible to restore the prezzi to version before 8.45 this morning? As close to this as possible?

I can't download my Prezi!
My Prezi is called "Properties of Radiation" by Tim Gibson. Every time I try to download it - different computers, different browsers, even the iPad app - I run into an error that says to contact the support forum. I am meant to be presenting this tomorrow! Please fix!

Frame turns into "section"
After I add an image my frame (somehow) turns into a "section" (labeled as such in left path panel). If I scroll canvas to blank area, the Add Frame selection is disabled in the Frames and Arrows menu and I can no longer add a frame except by drawing it explicitly.
When viewing the "section" frame there appears some sort of floating menu under the section frame. It has an New Frame selection but it adds a new frame into section frame.
Also, when I have zoomed to "section" frame, the Add Frame selection is available from Frames & Arrow menu in toolbar but it adds a circle frame to current "section" frame.
I can find nothing on "sections" anywhere on web or prezi documentation.
That leaves me with two questions:
1) How/why does frame turn into section?
2) How do I turn frame back to normal frame or end section?

Prezi desktop problem 4.7.0
Hi,
untill the update, evrything worked fine.
Recently I download and installed the new versione (4.7.0) and now when I modify anything appears the follow popup that block me.![]()

Frames spontaneously relocate and destroy text formatting
When adding a frame, the group of frames I was working on suddenly vanished and reappeared halfway across the "map" of the overall presentation, and text formatting was totally wiped out - see image. ![]()

I have a problem with the format .exe. I would like to share my Prezi presentation on a website where a lot of people will be able the watch it. Usually, I add a document and people have just to click to open. But for .exe, it is impossible. At this moment, I don't know how to proceed to be able to do what I want. It is not possible to save on an other format than .exe ?

long upload for .pptx file into Prezi desktop....help!
I just signed up for the Pro desktop trial. I am trying to import an 800MB .pptx file with some high resolution images into Prezi. The progress bar is about 1/8th of the way through after 2 hours of uploading. I am on a strong wifi and have a new macbook with safari browser. Any advice on how long this will take and how I can speed it up? Thanks!
