Taking any action causes new, blank Prezi to crash

Hi there,

I want to create a new, blank Prezi. However, whenever I try to do anything to it, the Flash plugin crashes, telling me there is not enough memory.

This is a brand new Prezi with nothing on it, so there is no issue with large images etc. I have tried the same process on an existing Prezi, with the same results - it crashed.

I have also tried it on another computer, again with the same result.

I am using Firefox, and everything is up-to-date. I have nothing else open.

What is happening?
