My prezi content has been deleted. It just disappeared. My last save was around 2 am 11/21 and I had about 60 + slides. I am beyond pissed right now and hate that Prezi doesn't have a proper way to get support, unless I have a paid subscription.
I could use assistance quickly, this is a presentation for a course and I convinced my group to use prezi. Right now I'm regretting that decision since all my hours of work vanished. I put some videos on there, mp4 files. I know prezi likes flv but I wasn't able to start & stop the youtube video where I wanted.
I use a MacBook Pro on OS X & Safari browser.
