I have attempted multiple times to upload a Prezi I created on my desktop (Full/Pro version) to Prezi.com. The download process begins each time, but then I get this error message: There was some trouble uploading your content (Error: uploading_media_files).
I verified that my prezi file is 18 mb and I tried on a high-powered internet connection (thinking that it may have timed out). It has about 8 photos, 3-4 simple graphics, each transition is narrated and there is background music through the whole thing. The total length of the Prezi is 10 minutes.
Any ideas? I hope so.
