Urgent! "Processing" never ends...

Dear all,

We have spent 1/2 day to create a presentation in the online editor of PREZI and at the final end, just uploading the last two PNGs, two light-grey frame occured showing always the same message: "Processing". We tried everything to delete both frames - without success. Thus, we cannot use the presentation, but the deadline for the PREZI is Monday morning European time.

Is there anybody who can support us in deleting both frames, please???
