Wont view some AVI files, but will others?

I have echocardiographic videos in AVI files I'm trying to upload and prezi will allow the video if it has no color doppler viewable, but won't if it has it. Similar file sizes and same file types. I get the "2110 the reason is: Event [Event type="stateChange" bubbles=false cancelable=false eventPhase=2]" for why it won't work

Please help
