Large frame zoom glitch

Hi,

I was adding a frame or text (I really can't remember at this point) and something glitched and blew the frame up to the largest it could get. I can access my Prezi, but it's zoomed way in and it's gray now because of the frame/text that's layered on top of it. If I click on the "Home" button on the right or the canvas on the left, it zooms all the way out until it reads: "Can Not Zoom Out More." I've tried the following:

Any chance someone could assist? Everytime I try to remove the frame it comes up with the same error message.
