EDU confirmation email not getting through

I've registered my edu email address twice and never got a confirmation email. Our spam firewall is probably blocking it, although I've received about 30,000 emails since we installed, I haven't had a single false positive. It's not in my spam folder, which is where it would end up if was tagged as possible spam. Not coming through at all means it was tagged as definite spam, or your domain is blacklisted (which it is not, I checked.)The admin is out for a while, is there another way we can confirm? I'd like to start working on something for a class I'll be teaching soon...
