My iPad App won't show the words on my Prezi!

Hi there,
I am a uni student and I have a presentation tomorrow and need to use my iPad.
I downloaded the Prezi app and my actual presentation shows up fine on the thumbnail, however, when I open the actual presentation to 'present' nothing appears other than the template!
It's so frustrating because it appears on the thumbnail. Is there anything I can do? or should i give up?
