Logging in to Prezi via web works like a charm, however, when I login via Prezi Desktop, it comes up with error, email and password incorrect. I was using same email and password on Prezi via web, with no issues. One thing I noticed though, if logging in to Prezi via Web, I get the proxy authentication window as per norm, but when logging in via Prezi Desktop, no proxy authentication comes up. Is there a way to force the proxy window to come up? On any other machines that is not connecting via Proxy, no issues.
Testing are done:
* machine that require proxy authentication window (Prezi Desktop not working)
* machine that accept single sign-on, hence, no proxy authentication window required (Prezi Desktop working)
