Inserted a .flv video file (3 MB) and it shows up as black screen

I've inserted a .flv video file into my Prezi, but all that shows up in the video window is a black screen and nothing happens when I hit the play button or the advancer/progress bar. The video is quite small in file size (3 MB). I've moved it to the front, and everything else I can think of. The video works fine when played through my regular video software.

Any suggestions?
