I am EXTREMELY disappointed with Prezi. The only reason I subscribed to the free month trial was for a client who requested a "wow" factor, which I typically deliver through power point presentations.
The client was so disappointed that I lost their business. Not only that, but now the Prezi team has the audacity to bill me and deny any form of refund?! I will no longer be using your services, so it is ridiculous not to allow me to COMPLETELY unsubscribe, financially as well as physically.
