I am very upset. I downloaded the prezi app, and it contained a lot of images. It was downloading for offline viewing on my device. I didn't want to do that, so I deleted the prezi off of the device, not realizing it would entirely delete the prezi from my account!!!! Now it no longer exists anywhere. I had not yet created a portable file. I really need to recover the file! I have the link. Is there anything that can be done?
