CANNOT FIND A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL!! Payment Posted, Upgrade not received

I had a trial that converted to a PRO account. I was charged, however upgrade not received. It says it was canceled.

I was advised to ease up all caps because it looks like I am shouting. I am shouting! I have emailed the "team", but have received no responses.
