Was prompted by desktop vers to renew licence, so i did.
I have an email saying I paid, but my prezi.com account doesn't recognise the payment.
Worse, the desktop version has a completely different renewal date.
Not getting any responses from the emails sent to various prezi addresses listed under support page of prezi.com and it has been a week already.
Nervous of getting locked out of desktop version again, even though Prezi already has my money.
Product is important - support is often importanter.
