Prezi Zoom Problem...

Hiya, I subscribe to the Pro Package, have been working on a Prezi: http://prezi.com/8ylh-ln6aatc/how-do-... but I think the zoom has gone haywire, so it actually now looks like there is no content. Is there a solution, or would you be able to access it and retrieve it? Any help would be gratefully received!
