Sharing and viewing remote prezi

I want to use prezi for webinars, which means using the present remotely feature. I have some a couple questions about how that works, and about viewing it with an iPad.

1. I noticed when I share the link for a remote prezi, it says the prezi will expire when I close my window. This would mean I cannot share that link for a prezi that I want to schedule for a later time. Is there a way to send a link to someone for a prezi that I will present remotely at a specified time?

2. When I view a "present remotely" prezi on my iPad, I'm able to go through all of the slides even before I've started the prezi from my logged in account on my desktop. Is there a way to ensure that does not happen?

2. I have a YouTube video in the prezi, which I don't want to start until I press play, yet on the iPad it starts up right away. How can I make sure it does not start until I start it?

I want to be sure this is going to work for me, so right now I have a free account. So, I'm wondering if a paid account offers resolutions to the items I listed.
