I paid $159 to use Prezi offline but it wont work

Hi!

I paid $159 to use Prezi offline but it wont work. It just tells me I'm offline and won't open my downloaded Prezi. I have a presentation at a client's and they have a very strict firewall so I can't access the internet. What did I pay for?? HELP!
