I am very frustrated. I have a Prezi "EDU" account and still find it very difficult to get support so that I can fix things on my own and know how to avoid the problem in the future.

I keep getting this message, "Your last action could not be performed. The content you wanted to modify was too big or too small to fit on the Prezi canvas." Prezi won't allow me to rescale anything because the minute I make a keystroke, I get the same frustrating message.

I cannot rescale my Prezi elements to satisfy Prezi, nor do I understand what needs to be rescaled or why. Previously, someone at Prezi fixed the problem, but the problem returned and I don't know how to fix it myself, nor exactly what is causing the problem. I have all content in frames. Please help solve this problem and also explain exactly what to do if it returns in the future. Thanks!
