Forgot password and email address has changed!

I managed to forget my password and my email address has changed. Can you please help me reset it?

My prior email address was: eperard@oasisadvantage.com

My new email address is: eperard@cyntron.com

The Prezi support person, Lisa, gave me the answer below:

"You can fix this easily though, it takes just three steps.

Firstly create an account with your new email address.

Then go to your old account, and you will need to reset the password, so you can set that from the the home page.

Then, once you can go-in again to your old account, you just need to share your prezi with your new email address and you will retain access to your prezis from your new account."

I don't want to sound like a total moron, but I created an account with my new email address as suggested, and now I don't know how to "go to my old account". Someone please help. I have a paid membership with my old email address and I can't use it until this is resolved!
