I have downloaded a portable prezi on Windows XP. When I attempt to run the prezi.exe file it comes up with an error message as below:
This application requires a version of Adobe AIR which cannot be found. Please download the latest version... etc.
1. I have downloaded the latest version. No solution.
2. I have uninstalled the version of Adobe AIR from my hard drive. No solution.
I tried downloading Desktop Prezi. I created a portable prezi from this software. My Windows would not unzip the folder.
1. I downloaded 7Zip and managed to unzip the folder. When I attempted to run the prezi.exe file it comes up with an error message simply stating 'Oops, trouble with your prezi? First try checking your internet connection. If this doesn't work you can always check help'.
Are you kidding!?!?! I am trying to get this prezi ready for a best man speech at a wedding this weekend and have just had issue after issue. Can anyone help?
