I earnt a 3 month upgrade to enjoy by referring 3 people but I cannot use the features on enjoy on my account.

I earnt a 3 month upgrade to enjoy by referring 3 people but I cannot use the features on enjoy on my account.

For example my PC download client still thinks it is on the basic licence and when I click support it says that support is not available for basic subscription.

Help!

PS I installed the PC version when I was still on the basic account if that makes any difference.
