Hello. I am having difficulty with my Prezi. I have background music playing as well as separate audio on each slide. Sometimes when I start the Prezi the music starts and then the slides automatically begin advancing but as often the music starts and slides do not advance. This is important because I am offering the Prezi to a group I will not be with so I need the presentation to start up reliably for the presenter who may not be comfortable trouble shooting in the moment. Does anyone have recommendations?
