HELP: Images and Text Disappeared from my Prezi

I've been working on a presentation for a couple days and have gone back in and edited it many times. This time when I logged back in to edit, some of my images and text are not showing up at all.

I've built the prezi with a background image (which is showing up). It moves around the image just fine, but when you zoom into a frame within a frame the text boxes and images are not showing up. Prezi is still panning/zooming to the places where these images/text should be, but there's no graphics or text showing up in the frames.

Any suggestions?
