Need Full Screen in Present Mode + Google Chrome pop up

Hi , I'm really new to Prezi and just want to find out 2 things.
1. When I 'Present' I want to take up the whole screen and curretly my IE menu bar is still visible
2. When I start a new Prezi I get a Google Chrome Upgrade Pop up tha I cannot shut down. Unless I download it I cannot usePrezi
