My email to log in is not working

I'm paying for an account that I can't seem to log in to. I thought the account was created using chuck.obrien4@poharchitects.com but it doesn't seem to recognizes it anymore. I would like for the email to be changed to kacey.price@poharchitects.com if possible. Can someone help me with this?
