???Account on prezi.com is empty and I cannot upload due to exceeded quota???

PLEASE HELP! I cannot upload my prezi desktop presentation to my online account. It is giving me the message I exceeded the limit, but my account is empty (I needed to delete everything) :(

I was considering getting the paid version but now I am afraid.
