Switched to the Public account, but still charged my credit card for subscription?

I switched the subscription to the Public account while ago before the trail period ended. According to your pricing chart, there should not be a subscription fee at all. I even got an email from you guys confirming that my account just got switched to public, and all my presentation will be publicly accessible. However, 5 minutes ago, I was charged $59 for the "enjoy" account???

Why is this happening? I cannot even find a proper email contact info on your 'support' page except for using this forum. How do I fix this?
