Cannot free up space on EDU PRO account

I was notified that I am using 100% of the space on my EDU PRO account and I cannot create new prezi's or insert new videos, so I deleted a huge number of my prezis (which contained a large number of embedded videos). This was about a week ago. As of now, it is still saying I am using 100% of my space, and I am still unable to create new prezi's.

I have also submitted two tickets for help so far, with absolutely no response from the prezi support department, which I think is pretty disappointing and unprofessional.

Please kindly advise on how this can be solved promptly.
