Can't login and get 'unknown email' message when trying to retrieve password

I have registered today on Prezi under my personal email and then i have upgraded my account to Prezi EDU under my school email (31250@alunos.isel.pt). I have confirmed the upgrade and everything is ok. Since i have logged out i can't log in again with any of the emails, personal or educational. I've tried to retrieve the password and i always get 'unknown email' message with both emails. I have a presentation to deliver Monday...

Any help will be appreciated.
