I found the following in your support section - which is great, my question is answered! The problem is that in order to get to your premium support, I need to login (which is what I can't do). I see my credit card charged for $59 in late May so I know I paid - now just need help accessing my account! Can you please give me an address I can use to "prove" this is my account? Thank you!
