I have looked at the FAQs, went to my settings, and did not see any option to cancel my free trail or "subscription". I easily downloaded the free trial for prezi onto my desktop. WHY is it so hard to cancel it? The pop up when I open the prezi desktop says "continue with trial" or the other option is "upgrade". This seems to WRONG. My credit card option is not linked to my account, but I am so worried I will be charged. I looked at the other conversations here and people still haven't figured it out. I have 18 days left...
Why is there no CONTACT number? If prezi is going to charge people, I think they should have an available contact number or email at the very least
