I earlier today created a prezi account, having been advised by my friend that I can create a free edu Enjoy account. I completed these steps:
1. Created a free public Prezi account using my personal (not school) email address
2. Having read the requirements for an edu account, changed my account email to my school email address
3. Completed the form for the edu Enjoy upgrade, where I input my school email and clicked verify, and then completed the rest of the page
4. Accessed my school email inbox, where I found two emails from Prezi: one no-reply telling me that my account had been moved to this school email address, and one providing a verification link for the edu Enjoy upgrade
5. Clicked the link. The link takes me to a Prezi login page, which was odd because I was still logged in in another tab. I filled in the login form anyway and clicked the Log In button.
Clicking the button seems to only refresh the page; no error message, but no actual logging in either. I have tried logging out of all other Prezi tabs and retrying the link, with the same result. Using my original account email to try to log in gives me an "incorrect email/password combo" error message. Attempting to log in to Prezi from the standard login page is successful using my school email address. I am attending the school in question and am over the minium age requirement of 13.
I am therefore unsure what to do. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
