Good afternoon! About the third week of June I tried to sign up for the Education Pro as my trial was running out. The first verification went to our spam service, Barracuda. I released it, but it never showed up in my inbox. I tried having another verification message sent several times, but it never came through and did not show up in our spam service. Because of time and not realizing I could post a question here, I signed up for the regular Pro so that I could get my work done during the trial period. That runs out on July 23, 2014. How can I convert this subscription to the education Pro version before the trial period ends? I did see in another post that the email comes from email@mail1.prezi.com. I added that to the whitelist allowed emails. There is no Prezi email or domain name in the blacklist. My email address is arthur.smith@sckans.edu and you will see that on my current account.
