Hi I have created an account few months ago, However the annual fee for the Prezi pro account which was around 150 dollars has been taken from my credit card without any notification. Even though I have tried to find one from e mails i got last 2months. Lastly, 4days ago, because I had to use it immediately, I had to change it to the public therefore I cannot find the record that I have paid from my profile information but only on my bills for the credit card. Please let me know how I could get my money back.
