Let me just start off by saying that I highly enjoy Prezi and find it useful. However, I was just charged the pro annual fee which I do not even have. I signed up for the Public subscription not the Pro. I tried "submitting a help request" but it says I have to have a Pro subscription or higher in order to submit one, otherwise to find answers in the community forum. I found that confusing because aren't I being charged for the Pro subscription in the first place? Please help me by returning my money.
