Many issues with new prezi version. Why?

We have created a prezi with background audio, along with audio on 95% of the other slides. When playing in the new prezi player, many issues arise, such as:

- audio doesn't play consistently
- animations do not play with audio

Everything seems to work just fine in the old prezi player. Could you please shed some light on this? I would prefer if viewers of the presentation could bypass clicking on 'old version'.
