Has anyone else encountered cross platform problems?
I am the "Prezi guy" in my company. I work on a Mac (OSX 10.8.5) My Prezis tend to be a little involved and a little HUGE in size once they are all done. Our sales consultants use both mac and PC. The ones accessing and running the Prezi from Macs have no problem. My PC users are finding that it takes forever to load or it wont load at all. Both are using new laptops with comparable hardware. I've tried both, running it from the web and downloading. But the problem persist.
Is this a file size issue?
Is anyone else having this problem?
