Would someone please contact me regarding my account? I’m having 2 problems, both related to billing. 1. Although I’m on the EDU Enjoy plan, and always have been, I just discovered that I’ve been charged $59 each of the past 2 years. 2. I’m also being asked via email to update my credit card info. Each time I click on the update link on my settings page, it loops me back to the plan options... so, I’m not quite sure how to even update the card on file. Related to above, I certainly don’t want to be charged $59 for what is supposed to be/have been a free plan given I’m an educator. Please contact me so we can remedy these issues.
