Still waiting from response.... or status

I am currently reconciling transactions on our corporate card and noticed we were charged $59 US on May 16. Unfortunately, I am not the person that had requested a free trial therefore do not have login information to cancel and request credit. We did not use this service and would like to cancel immediately. I tried sent requests for cancellation a few times, yet haven't heard back.
