I've received the payment 159USD for a yearly service,and i didn't receive any warning letter before the payment,i'm still a student and really can't afford this, can it have some solution to this problem?
I used a free trial before, i really love prezi but the basic service is enough, I want refund the PRO subscription, I didn't use prezi after payment, so I just find I've paid for money. Hope prezi can help me.Thanks!
