Can I control prezi presentation through javascript?

Is it possible to control a prezi using javascript? Ideally, i would like to be able to target the embed in the DOM and call a function like $('prezi').next(); or $('prezi').goto(pathPoint);

I have read a few posts talking about an API similar to the above, but it seems this is yet to be implemented. Is it possible to fire flash events (like key presses) from javascript?
