Trail Period Refund

Cancelation help....... I believed I was still in my trail period time for my free prezi account, I set up my account in the US however I am traveling and a day ahead of PST, which has caused my prezi account to process an invoice early. I had intended on canceling my subscription and I've been searching all over prezi.com to figure out where to submit a request for a refund. The Support page instructs you to " Prezi support page and select 'Submit a new help request’" however there is no option to click 'Submit a new help request'. Poor instructions and rather disappointed in the run around I am experiencing. Would greatly appreciate any guidance in combating this refund issue
