Prezi can not download presentation.

I have tried every thing to download a prezi I was working on, but I keep getting an error message. I am using the same computer it was created on, have tried opening it in different browsers and I have the latest flash. How can I access this presentation or do I have to start all over again? Error Code: 1200 the reason is: [IOErrorEvent type="ioError" bubbles=false cancelable=false eventPhase=2 text="Error #2032"].
