I have extended the Desktop license on one MacBook but I do not see a particular presentation that I need in my online account.
All I have is the downloaded zip file which after extracting won't open on the PreziDesktop.
This other laptop has an older version of the Desktop but i cannot log into it. It says "Something went wrong". I have a feeling that the presentation that I need was just locally on the laptop...
So I just updated the version on the old laptop.
Is there any way to to make those zip files editable? Oh I hope it is because there are important videos there....
