I have been designing a Prezi for the past month or so and for a client of ours and everytime we send to the client for review it gives the client and error message. We have tried many solutions like having them install the latest Flash & Javascript plugins and so on...
The first prezi we submitted we thought was the file size because of all the custom images we designed for this presentation. Here is the link: http://prezi.com/tppdj3p0icol/prezi-3d/
This one was never able to be reviewed on their computer (most likely a PC), but for some reason all of my collegues can view on their machines (Macs).
The last one we sent, we dramatically used less images and stayed within the actual template using your fonts, no music, etc. Here is the link: http://prezi.com/mylp9ghw4_gu/prezi-4a/
This version was able to be viewed by the client ONE time but the second time the tried to play they would get the same error (white screen with exclamation point). The funny thing is, is that they can view other prezi's that were submitted on the website but none of these.
Can anyone please help?!!??
