Autoplay video then fade in second text frame

I have one large frame in a path that contains with two text frames and a video. I want the second text frame to fade in after the video auto plays. In order to auto play I have to make the video it's own path frame. But then 2nd text frame fades in before the autoplay frame. How can I get the autoplay then fade in the 2nd text frame.
