So I googled myself and a joke Prezi that my daughter created to show me how it works came up. Alarmed, I tried to log into my free account and I got the response that there is no account associated with that e-mail. Can somebody help? We only accessed it once and created the one Prezi and it was about a month ago. I'd be willing to pay for a membership to be able to delete that Prezi. Help!
