Trial Period ended, charged for Pro with no warning

I have been charged for the Pro subscription today following no warning that the trial period was about to finish. I would like to request a full refund for this amount as I have never used the service nor wish to in the near future. 

There is no customer service support in the form of a telephone number and I have had no response via email.
