Student accounts without school email

I am not sure what this information means as found on the Student/Teacher Verification page (https://prezi.com/profile/registration/edu/?license_type=EDUENJOY):

"Don't have a school email account?

We realize not all students are provided email accounts by their school.
If you are a teacher, you can register bulk email accounts for your students with quite a few providers out there."


My students are not given student email accounts.  I would like them to be able to register for an education account on Prezi.  How do I "register bulk email accounts?"
